August 24 – Structure Subcommittee presents three multi-person commission alternatives to full CAC.
August 25 through September 25 – Subcommittee discussions on the pros and cons of the three multi-person commission alternatives and presentations to the CAC from other Georgia counties that now operate under those alternatives.
October 5 – Public hearing in which the CAC will explain the three feasible alternatives under consideration and get input from the public regarding those alternatives.
October 12 through October 13 – CAC determines single best alternative and prepares for final round of public hearings.
October 26 through November 6 – Final round of public hearings in which the CAC will explain the recommended single best alternative and get comments from public.
November 9 through November 16 – CAC reviews public input gathered from final hearings and determine final recommended alternative.
