ATLANTA – A Ball Ground father has won an extensive prize from the Georgia Lottery. Mark Slaker won a $12,500 prize from being selected as a grand prize winner in the Georgia Lottery’s Play It Again Reloaded Second Chance Promotion.

Slaker feels that everything is falling into place, especially after his lottery win.

“It feels great,” he exclaimed.

Slaker and wife, Denise, plan to take their two daughters, ages 10 and 11, to dinner and a movie.

As a monthly cash prize winner in the Georgia Lottery’s Play It Again Reloaded Second Chance Promotion, Slaker had an opportunity to spin a wheel to win cash prizes ranging from $5,000 to $1 million.

Since its first year, the Georgia Lottery Corp. has returned more than $16.2 billion to the state of Georgia for education.
