Jennifer Marie Jones Galligan, 41, of Jasper, passed away Friday, March 4, 2016 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.
Jennifer is survived by her husband, Keith Galligan of Jasper; mother and step-father, Lois and Rodney Gibson of Jasper; sons, Owen Galligan and Eli Galligan of Jasper; daughter, Stella Galligan of Jasper; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jeffrey and Jenny Jones of Jasper, Robert E. Jones, Jr. of New York, Timothy and Melinda Jones of Ohio, James Jones of Ohio, Alan and Teri Gibson of Colorado; sister, Amy Gibson of Jasper; in-laws, Bob and Rose Galligan of Texas; uncle, Danny Kenski of Ohio; aunt, Delores Yurcisin of Ohio. Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Jones, Sr. and aunt, Elaine Kenski.
A memorial service was held at 3 p.m. Monday, March 7 at Jasper United Methodist Church with Reverend Greg Meadows presiding.
The family accepted flowers or memorial contributions can be made to Pickens Animal Rescue Ranch (371 North Main Street; Jasper, GA 30143) in honor of Jenny.

Mr. George Ray Fitts, 90, of Marble Hill, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2016 at his residence.
Mr. Fitts is survived by his wife, Lorene Mulkey Fitts of Marble Hill; sons and daughters-in-law, Daniel & Estelle Fitts of Jasper, David & Teresa Fitts of Dawsonville, and Stephen & Joan Fitts of Marble Hill; brother and sister-in-law, Charles & Kathy Fitts of Marble Hill; sisters and brother-in-law, Susan & Ralph Beck of Jasper and Nancy Fracier of Jasper; grandchildren and spouses, Jason & Linda Fitts of Jasper, Jo Anna & Drew Swartz of Athens, Shannon & James Smith of Jasper, Nicholas Fitts of Dawsonville, and Elijah Fitts of Dawsonville; 10 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 5 from the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Revs. Harold Cantrell and Rev. Jerry Watkins officiating. Interment at Long Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jason Fitts, Nicholas Fitts, Elijah Fitts, Nickie Smith, Andrew Smith, and James Smith.

Mrs. Debbie Lindsey Daly, 60, of Jasper, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Daly is survived by her husband, Mike Daly of Jasper; daughter and son-in-law, Lindsay and Zack Melda of Cumming; brothers and sisters-in-law, John & Jane Lindsey of Warner Robins and Tommy and Susan Lindsey of Jasper; sisters and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Robin Darnell of Powder Springs, and Margarette Kown of Jasper; grandchildren, Adam and Ansley Melda; nieces and nephews, Teresa Roper, Jay Kown, Kathy Garland, Marla Callahan, David and Daniel Lindsey, Thomas Darnell, Tom Lindsey and numerous great nieces and nephews.
The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 3 at Jasper First Baptist Church with Rev. David Stuart officiating. Interment was held at Jasper City Cemetery. Pallbearers were David Simmons, Marty Garland, Michael Callahan, Bryce Goss, Jack Roper and Robin Darnell.

Mr. Jeffery Dwayne Gramling, 57, of Ball Ground, passed away Tuesday March 1, 2016 at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.
Mr. Gramling is survived by his wife Jeannie Gramling of Jasper; daughters, Carly Sumrell of Jasper and Crystal Little of Jasper; brother, Tim Gramling of Talking Rock; sisters, Mitzi Stephens of Dawsonville, Lisa Reece of Taylorsville, and Teresa Worley of Dawsonville; step dad, Rodney Perkins of Ormand Beach, FL; grandchildren, Ethan Jusak, Raylen Little, Evan Jusak, Rayna Sumrell, Layla Dozier, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date.

He is survived by his wife, Caroline Collett, Jasper; step-sons, Doug Worsham, Jasper and Andy Blair, Blairsville; step-daughter and husband, Mechelle and Lamar Logan, Jasper; brothers and sisters-in-law, Don and Carol Collett, Jasper, Coy and Gracie Collett, Tate and Clayton and Edna Collett, West Palm Beach, FL; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary Frances Collett, Augusta, Louise and Charles Horton, Lilburn and Doris and Lamar Childers, Jasper. Ernest was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Monnie Lee Collett; sister, Christine Yarborough and brothers, Harrison, Herbert and Buck Collett.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Horton officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Chuck Horton, Randy Horton, Jeffery Tilley, Doug Worsham, Lamar Logan and Josh Collett. Interment will follow at Liberty National Baptist Church Cemetery.

Joseph Franklin Nuckols, 92, of Talking Rock, Ga. died Sunday March 6, 2016.
Mr. Nuckols was born September 19, 1923 in Cripple Creek, Virginia to the late Ellis Pierce and Mary Catherine Melvina Sawyer Nuckols. He worked as a diesel mechanic and was a World War II veteran. He is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Reeves Nuckols.
Survivors include his daughters, Donna Nuckols, of Talking Rock and Frankie Hunt, of McDonough, Ga.; grandchildren and spouses, Jimmy and Lisa McMillian, Joey and Jessica Hunt; great grandchild, Mackenzie McMillian.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 12th at 11 a.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with family and friends officiating.

Mrs. Dorthy Evans Lanning, 68, of Jasper, passed away March 7, 2016 at her residence.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Christopher Thompson, Valdosta, Danny and Marie Lanning, Jasper and Todd Lanning and Tracy Fitts, Marble Hill; brothers and sister-in-law, Gene Evans, Jasper, Fred Evans, Jasper and Jack and Martha Evans, Palmetta; sisters and brother-in-law, Martha Brown, Jasper and Jill and Chris Huffstettler, Clayton Community; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Dorthy was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Bowers and son, Dean Thompson.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, March 10 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Revs. William Blackwell and Charlie Buchanan officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Danny Lanning, Todd Lanning, Jack Evans, Fred Evans, Gene Evans, Chris Hefstettler, Russell, Teague and Rick Mills.
